Fuel delivery nozzles offer an accurate and spill free way of dispensing fuel. We supply both automatic shut off nozzles as well as manual shut off nozzles, suitable for gravity fed and pumped fuel systems.

We offer a range of nozzles for varying flow rates and fuels, including diesel, adblue and other fuel types. Most of our fuel dispensing nozzles come with swivel hose tails and connection required to fit to your fuel delivery hose. The products we stock are designed to the highest standards and provide highly adaptable solutions to fuel dispensing in industrial, commercial and agricultural usage.

Automatic Shut Off Nozzles

Automatic shut–off nozzles are designed for dispensing retail and commercial Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF). These nozzles have an automatic shut-off mechanism that prevents the nozzle from dispensing any further fuel once the vehicle’s tank is full, therefore stopping an overspill.

Trigger latch to hold the nozzle open until the back pressure switches the flow off (avoiding spillage).

Suitable for diesel. 1″ BSP Female Swivel inlet. 1″ OD Spout.

Comes complete with Swivel as standard (various material resistant to oil/diesel).

Cannot be used on a gravity feed system, requires a pumped system with back pressure to operate the shut off.

Husky Nozzles

 

Husky 1GS transparent nozzles

The Husky 1GS Diesel Nozzle is the most popular automatic shut off version within the Husky nozzle offering. With its higher flow rate, it is designed for the clean and quick refuelling of vehicles with larger tanks, as well as agricultural and plant machinery. Like the other Husky fuel nozzles, the 1GS has an integrated device known as the Flo-stop®, which shuts off the fuel flow when the spout is raised above the horizontal or falls out the tank.

Piusi A280 High Speed Diesel Nozzle

The Piusi A280 High Speed Diesel Nozzle is designed for the high flow refuelling of large vehicles and plant and agricultural machinery that take longer to refill due to their tank size. Thanks to its large bore spout, this is the highest flow rate fuel dispensing nozzle in the Piusi range, and also benefits from a large hand opening to accommodate for the user wearing gloves.

ZVA Nozzles

ZVA 25 High Speed Fuel Nozzle – ATEX Approved

The ZVA 25 Fuel Pump Nozzle is a high quality, heavy duty automatic petrol and diesel nozzle approved for refuelling in resale pumping applications. Thanks to the sensor in the spout that detects when the vehicle tank is full, the nozzle automatically shuts off to prevent fuel from spilling out. With a maximum flow rate of 140 litres per minute, the ZVA 25 is a high flow fuel nozzle designed for applications where large volumes of diesel or petrol need to be dispensed at a time.

ZVA nozzles are a widely recognised brand of forecourt style models, known for their careful and quality design and sturdy manufacturing. This particular nozzle benefits from a two position stay open latch, a No 4 trigger guard and a black scuff guard for nozzle protection.

Manual Fuel Nozzles

A manual shut off nozzle will need you to let go of the trigger when you have completed refuelling, unlike an automatic nozzle it won’t detect when the tank is full. Manual nozzles are used within a gravity feed system.

Piusi Self 3000 Manual Fuel Nozzle

The Piusi Self 3000 Fuel Nozzle is specifically intended for the safe delivery of diesel, petrol or kerosene. This is a cost effective petrol and diesel nozzle suitable for private pump and gravity applications, which is commonly used with the Piusi EX50 ATEX pump. This particular fuel dispensing nozzle benefits from an integral hook for hanging the nozzle without a holster and a sturdy aluminium body with plastic handle protector.
